- This website has no forms, no ads and no tracking cookies.
- You can ask to see or delete your data at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the coach who runs ezimmo. You can reach me on Discord at ezimmo32.
2. What I use and why

I never see your card details. Payments are handled by PayPal or Revolut.
3. Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
4. Services I use
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Discord is where we talk and hold sessions.
- PayPal and Revolut process payments.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
5. How long I keep it
- Messages, notes and booking details: until 12 months after your last session, or sooner if you ask me to delete them.
- Payment and accounting records: as long as accounting law requires, usually 6 years.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how it's used, or to get a copy of it. Just message me. If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
