1. Who provides the coaching

ezimmo is run by an independent Valorant coach ("I", "me"). You can reach me on Discord at ezimmo32.

2. The service

ezimmo offers online 1-on-1 Valorant coaching on Discord. Depending on the package, this includes live Deathmatch review, live coaching in ranked games, written notes, goals and warm-up routines, and Discord DM support. What each package includes and costs is shown on the website when you book.

3. Booking and payment

• You choose a package and pay the full price in advance with PayPal, or by card through a Revolut payment link. Then you send me your PayPal name on Discord so I can match the payment.
• Prices are in euros and are the final price you pay.
• Your booking is confirmed once I've received your payment.

4. Sessions and scheduling

• We agree on session times on Discord.
• Plans have no time limit. They usually take about a month, but every session gets done, even if it takes longer.
• You can reschedule for free if you tell me at least 24 hours before the session.
• If you don't show up within 15 minutes of the agreed start and haven't told me, the session counts as used.
• If I have to cancel a session, we pick a new time.

5. Refunds

I start preparing your coaching as soon as you book, so purchases are final. There are two exceptions. If I can't deliver a session and we can't find a new time, that session is refunded. If I end the coaching, any sessions not yet delivered are refunded. Your statutory rights in section 6 also apply. The refund policy has the details.

6. Your statutory rights (EU consumers)

EU consumer law gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw from an online purchase. When you pay, you ask for the coaching to start right away. If you withdraw within those 14 days, you pay for the coaching already delivered and the rest is refunded. Once all the coaching has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

7. Results

Coaching helps you understand and fix your mistakes. How much your rank changes depends on your own practice and many things outside my control, so a specific rank or RR gain isn't guaranteed.

8. Your account and fair play

I will never ask for your Riot account login or play on your account. ezimmo doesn't offer boosting or account sharing. You always play on your own account.

9. Behaviour

We both treat each other with respect. If a student is abusive, I may end the coaching. Any sessions not yet delivered are then refunded.

10. Notes and recordings

Your notes, goals and routines are for your personal use. Sessions aren't recorded unless we both agree to it.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package. This doesn't limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Disputes

If there's a problem, contact me first and we'll sort it out. As a consumer, you can also turn to the consumer dispute body in your own country, and the mandatory consumer law of your country always protects you.

14. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you paid applies to your booking.
