Refund Policy

The short version
- Purchases are final, because I start preparing your coaching as soon as you book.
- If I can't deliver a session, you get it refunded.
- You can reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice.
What happens when

| You've paid and change your mind | No refund |
| You reschedule at least 24 hours before | Free, we pick a new time |
| You don't show up within 15 minutes and haven't told me | The session counts as used |
| I cancel and we can't find a new time | That session is refunded |
| I end the coaching | Sessions not yet delivered are refunded |
For plans, one session is worth €17.50 on the 1-Month Plan and €15.56 on the Intensive Month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. To ask about one, message me on Discord (ezimmo32).
Not happy with a session?
Tell me. I'd rather hear it and make it right than have you leave unhappy.
This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer, described in section 6 of the Terms of Service.
